Meet the Staff

Jerry and Susanna Hale - President, Director of Operations

Jerry and Susanna have been married for 27 years. Both of them were born and raised in Texas. They have two grown children, Aaron and Meghan. Jerry was in the wholesale tire business for 25 years, and in 2004 he sold his business. He and Susanna felt the Lord leading them to begin a mission that would make it easy for people to experience the wonderful blessings that come with serving God's people in Africa. After having traveled to Africa and experiencing the life-changing power of working alongside these people, they began OMEGA Mission International.

Jerry and Susanna live in Lubbock, Texas. They have both led teams to Tanzania, and are both active in steering the growth and direction of Omega. Jerry can be contacted in Texas at the OMEGA home office at jhale@omegamission.org.
